Monday Shoe Launch Contest
Tuesday Wear Red Day
Everyone will wear RED to show that we are all committed to staying drug free.
Every student will receive a special “KEEP CALM and STAY DRUG FREE” pencil!
Wednesday Who is your hero?
|Classes will talk about what makes someone a hero. Illegal drugs can take away “super powers” and have negative consequences. Students will have a chance to talk, write and draw about their own “super powers” and who their heroes are.|
Thursday Back by popular demand Do Sports Not Drugs!
Today we will celebrate our favorite sports and activities while remembering how much fun we can have without drugs and alcohol. If you choose drugs and alcohol, they can really hurt you and take away fun things in your life, like sports! Wear your favorite jersey or t-shirt that represents your favorite sport or activity!
Friday ”Be a Hero Everyday: Be Drug Free!”
No costumes please!
Wear your favorite superhero shirt (girl or boy figure that has super powers) and show everyone how super YOU are! The cafeteria is even serving HERO sandwiches!!!
Teachers may wear jeans and a super hero or RVES shirt in return for five canned goods or food items.
